These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FinCalc Pro mobile application ("App"), developed by Ankur Khandelwal ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FinCalc Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FinCalc Pro is a financial calculator application that provides tools for computing loan EMIs, investment returns, tax estimates, budget plans, and other financial calculations. The App offers both free and premium (subscription-based) features.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

FinCalc Pro offers auto-renewing subscription plans to unlock premium features:

• Monthly Plan: $0.49/month (or local equivalent)
• Annual Plan: $2.99/year (or local equivalent)

Subscription Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All payments are processed securely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

5. User Responsibilities

When using FinCalc Pro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate inputs for calculations
• Verify calculation results independently before making financial decisions
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and other materials in FinCalc Pro are the intellectual property of Ankur Khandelwal and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Accuracy of Calculations

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all calculations, we cannot guarantee that results are error-free. Calculations are based on standard financial formulas and the data you provide. Actual financial outcomes may differ due to:

• Rounding differences
• Variable interest rates or fees not accounted for
• Changes in tax laws or regulations
• Processing fees, penalties, or other charges

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.
• We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from reliance on calculations or information provided by the App.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle (or rather, don't collect) your information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any feature at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
