FinCalc Pro ("we," "our," or "the App") is developed by Ankur Khandelwal. Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

FinCalc Pro is an offline-first application. All financial calculations, settings, and history are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage frameworks (SwiftData and UserDefaults). No data is transmitted to any external server.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

• Calculation History: Results of calculations you choose to save. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted externally.
• App Preferences: Your selected theme (light/dark/system), currency preference, and onboarding completion status.
• Subscription Status: Managed entirely through Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not process or store any payment information.

3. Third-Party Services

FinCalc Pro uses the following Apple-provided services:

• Apple StoreKit 2: For managing in-app subscriptions. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details, Apple ID, or billing information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles purchase data.

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties. Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to share, sell, or transfer.

5. Children's Privacy

FinCalc Pro does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not collect information from any user, regardless of age.

6. Data Security

All data remains on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. We recommend keeping your device software up to date for optimal security.

7. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

• Delete History: You can delete individual calculations or all history from within the app's History screen.
• Reset Preferences: Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
• Manage Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
